You start the game as Thomas Rogan, the main character from the first HOTD, but you get captured. You play though the rest of the game as Lisa Rogan, the daughter of Thomas, and G who has been in every HOTD game but hasn't been playable since the first one.

Throughout the game you must save the people trapped inside and unravel the insidious plot that has been created by Doctor Currien and Mr. Goldman. When the final curtain falls, you shall meet an old enemy and be forced to test your fate.
